Kafta – An amazing ground beef dish that can be made on skewers and the grill outdoors, or a cast iron skillet (my personal favorite) inside.
Chickpea Salad – Light and fresh, with twists of flavors. This is a family favorite. I absolutely love making this salad for my family. The only modification I make for the kids is omitting the red onions.
Lebanese Rice – A wonderful side dish to any meal. It is buttery and nutty, with olive oil and water, no unhealthy ingredients. Incorporating vermicelli noodles and jasmine rice.
