Firstly, using a pot you'll start by sautéing an onion over medium heat with olive oil for about 4 minutes or until translucent.
Next, you'll add the ground beef, 7 spices, 1 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Stir until just barely cooked. Remove from heat and set aside to add in later.
Wisk together the tomato paste and water. Add to the pot and turn up the heat until it boils.
Once it boils, turn down to medium heat and add peas, carrots, 1 tsp cinnamon, allspice, garlic and 1 tsp salt. Let simmer for 30 minutes until sauce thickens.
Add in meat and onion mixture and low simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
Serve stew over Lebanese Rice. Optional to top with chopped cilantro or parsley.
