Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Chickpeas Cooked
  • 1 Roma Tomato
  • 1/2 English Cucumber
  • 6 oz Feta Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata Olives
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion
  • 1 clove Garlic or 1 tsp. minced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Notes

I like to use all listed ingredients, but it's not necessary. Many times, even with missing items, this salad turns out amazing.
